  Example: The unjust killing of an American citizen, George Floyd, when captured on an eight minute cell phone video that went viral, created the globally successful, most integrated marches in support of the Black Lives Matter movement that any of us has ever experienced, 2020-21. Which was directly responsible for putting America’s first black woman, Kamala Harris, into the Vice Presidency, in 2021.

  So We, the working class people, the True Majority, have all now witnessed, first hand, the incredible power of the people in 21st Century high tech USA, when the masses have honestly been informed.  The problem is how do we inform or educate the majority of Americans when misinformation media campaigns - like FOX so-called News - designed to manipulate and control the masses, are still running rampant, still legally allowed, because of the illicit law making of our law-faking, law-breaking, lawmakers in Congress? The ones who create and continue to allow this unconstitutional injustice to prevail for their own personal gains. And all at a huge cost to the American people and the world at large, while jeopardizing the very survival of our American democracy for generations to come.

7) Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Marijuana, and gun control reform.

CHAPTER 1 

Legally Responsible Journalism - During this dangerous age of massive social media communication, misinformation is the worst enemy of truth and our democracy. It is also detrimental to the health of the America people during the COVID19 pandemic. Therefore, honesty in journalism must become law. Become the law via a Constitutional amendment to our “Freedom of the press,” to protect our democracy and health, and curtail mass shootings - via Ashi’s John Doe Shooter Law, to protect the innocent from mass shooters encouraged by the elaborate national attention given to them by our irresponsible media. “Don’t give‘their’ name and STOP offering them fame!” -Ashi

CHAPTER 2

21st Century Voting System - 21CV. Your Social Security number is your automatic voter registration number. Totally transparent process, fully accountable, and individually trackable. Dual paper trail in only two locations, one federal and one state, not at 150,000 polls. Plus an online E-Vote trail for additional checks and balances. Popular Vote for Democracy; no more undemocratic, antiquated, and easily rigged Electoral College, or elitist party delegates to misrepresent the needs and wants of The People any longer. Creates online free (truth based) campaigning, financed by the billions of dollars we save from all those antiquated voting machines and obsolete polling places. No more buy-in billionaire puppet-master lawmakers, via their lackey law-fakers in Congress. 

CHAPTER 3 

Individualism. No more divisive two-party system, which even our founding fathers, GeorgeWashington and Alexander Hamilton, warned us about two and a half centuries ago. All elected lawmakers finally get to stand on their own attributes and principles; no longer having to kowtow to partisan party pressure. No more lobbying - AKA legalized bribery – to make illicit laws to benefit the 1% wealthiest amongst us at the expense of the 99% working class - We, the working class people, the True Majority who earned that wealth with our blood, sweat, and tears. Maximum of six years in office for all members of Congress. All their stocks in the public record; military industrial complex takes investors.  When they are lawmakers, wars end up being made, for fun and profit. No pun, unfortunately.  Sad, but real.

CHAPTER 4                 

Our–Council of Five presidents, with five Co-Council VPs, to replace the single-person presidency and vice presidency. Allows all Americans to feel represented during every administration by allowing a balance of age, gender, race, religion, and sexual orientation; to represent most of the people most of the time, as compared to only half of the people feeling represented during most administrations up to today. With each of the ten to head up a specific role - department - in our governance. Ten years American citizenship qualifies all candidates.

CHAPTER 5 

Elected ‘Term’ Supreme Court Justices. No politically partisan appointed judges to tilt the court with lifetime appointments. Elected by the people for four year terms. No Supreme Court Justice campaigning allowed; all elected and reelected strictly from their online records of service to America and personal perspectives. Can be reelected indefinitely, if they serve The people well.

        

CHAPTER 6  

Criminal Justice Reform. Equal rights for all Americans. No statute of limitations on any crime. All punishment must fit the crime, so no more big money pay offs to prevent prosecution. No more jail for victimless crimes; everyone in jail for marijuana offenses will be immediately released and their records cleared of career inhibiting criminal records - with the legalization of Marijuana going national to prevent racist oriented states from using pot as a way to incarcerate black people; to ruin their lives with unjust criminal records, while illegally denying them their right-to-vote. No more unAmerican loss of right-to-vote for anyone except those found guilty of treason. Eliminate right to have or sell assault riffles and other unneeded arms in 21st Century USA by amending the antiquated (now unnecessarily barbaric) Second Amendment - The right to bear arms - to adhere to the needs of our contemporary world and the wishes of The Majority of Americans over the NRA’s buy-in law-fakers.

CHAPTER 7         

Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Marijuana, and Gun reform. By amending our antiquated Constitution to cater to the needs of our contemporary world, without loopholes for the wealthy to continue to side step and manipulate the system. 

CHAPTER 8

What We the People can now do about US.  AmRes’24 on the 2024 ballot. How We nonviolently go from our present unjust and inhumane governance to an Honestly Applied Democracy - and in lightning speed, because of this miraculous high tech age that we’ve only recently evolved into. When combined with the higher level of consciousness today, We, the Working Class People, the True Majority, can nonviolently change the course of our history - more consciously, and compassionately, than ever before. 

If these three loving heroes could move millions of people to change unjust laws without using violent means or having the incredible advantages of social media, then Imagine, as John Ono Lennon would say, what We can now do to transform Our’merica – with social media, viral emails, streamed movies, and songs, allowing it to happen in lightning speed.
